Once you have made the decision to enroll your child, the enrollment form must be

returned with the registration fee to ensure your “spot” is held for your start date. No “spot” is guaranteed until the enrollment form and non-refundable registration fee are received.

Upon receipt of the enrollment form and registration fee an appointment will be scheduled for you to meet with the Director to review all required paperwork and to receive a copy of the Parent Guide. This is also a good time to re-visit the center, giving your child the opportunity to become more familiar with our faces and our environment.

When an infant is enrolled the first week of tuition must also be paid. This amount will be applied to the first week of care once the infant starts attending the center. If the parent changes their decision and does not enroll the infant the tuition deposit is forfeited. The enrollment form, registration fee, and first week paid tuition are your indication to start your child at Webster Child Care Collaborative, Inc. Infant enrollment is not guaranteed until all payments have been received.
